Special Ed Instruction

Programs we recommend for SPED Math, Reading and Spanish Reading

Math by Topic

This program integrates research-based strategies proven effective in increasing achievement for struggling learners. It is based on the strategies of Piaget and Marzano.

Teachers can use the program in self contained classroom for Tier II or Tier III intervention programs or tutoring centers:

  •     Conceptually Based Instruction
  •     Easy to Use
  •     Assessment Driven IEP
  •     Hands-on Activities reaching students at all Math Proficiency Levels

El Camino al Exito

This program is often used in Pre K and Kinder for Early Reading Intervention in Spanish. It focuses on developing phonological awareness and phonics and will eventually lead students to read words and connected texts in sentences.

This  highly structured program can also be used to prepare students in Tier II to enter 1st grade.

Foundations in Learning

Although Foundations in Learning is best used for Reading Intervention, it can also be used for Tier III Instruction. Foundations in Learning helps students who have gone through various Reading Intervention programs but are still not to the level of reading desired.

The Foundations of Learning system quickly identifies struggling readers and, using the Varied Practice Model, it helps the readers getting their reading levels back on track.

You can also use Foundations in Learning to quickly identify your struggling readers, by using our Screeners.

Take the screeners now.
